Who We Are and What We Do

HolistiCare is a growing Ottawa-based organization providing individualized clinical, educational and community-based support. Current services and locations vary according to staffing, professional availability and client needs.

Our service areas may include:

Our current in-person capacity is focused on Ottawa, beginning primarily in Kanata. As HolistiCare grows, opportunities may become available in additional Ottawa communities and the Toronto area. Each job posting will identify the actual approved location and work arrangement.

How You’ll Work at Holisticare

Work arrangements at HolistiCare depend on the responsibilities, service location and operational needs of each approved position.

Depending on the role, work may include:

  • Centre-based, home, school, community or virtual service delivery
  • Individual, small-group, program, administrative or coordination responsibilities
  • Casual, part-time, full-time, fixed-term or other clearly identified arrangements
  • Independent-contractor arrangements only where the duties and working relationship legally support that classification
  • Role-appropriate supervision, collaboration, documentation and professional development

Each job posting will clearly identify the location, compensation range, expected schedule, reporting relationship and proposed work arrangement. Final classification will be based on the actual working relationship and applicable Ontario requirements.

Clinical Services

Supervised ABA Therapist / Behaviour Technician

 Ottawa & Toronto | Part‑time / Contract / Per Diem | $25–$30/hr

Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children and youth under the supervision of a BCBA within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. 

This role supports skill development, behaviour intervention, and meaningful participation across clinic, home, school, and community settings.

Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A. (Ont.)) / Clinical Supervisor

Ottawa & Toronto | Part‑time / Contract / Hybrid | $65–$75/hr

Provide clinical leadership within HolistiCare’s Applied Behaviour Analysis services by overseeing assessment, program development, and supervision for children and youth receiving OAP‑funded services.

This role involves close collaboration with Behaviour Technicians, educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members across clinical and community settings.

Education & OAP Services

Registered Teacher – Individualized Learning Programs

Ottawa  | Part‑time / Contract / Per Diem | $45–$55/hr

Provide individualized academic instruction to neurodiverse learners within HolistiCare’s OAP‑aligned service model.

This role involves designing and delivering structured, evidence‑informed programming that supports academic development, school readiness, and functional literacy across clinic, school, and community settings.

Educational Assistant / Teacher Assistant – Individualized Learning Support

Ottawa | Part‑time / Contract / Per Diem | $25–$35/hr

Support neurodiverse learners by assisting with individualized academic programming within HolistiCare’s OAP‑aligned service model.

This role involves working under the direction of a Registered Teacher or BCBA to support instruction, skill development, and engagement across clinic, school, and community‑based settings.

Tutoring & Academic Support

Tutor — French, Mathematics & English

Ottawa | Part‑time / Contract / Per Diem | $30–$40/hr

HolistiCare is seeking Registered Teachers and Teacher Assistants to support individualized academic programming for neurodiverse learners within our OAP service delivery model. In this role, you will design or assist in delivering structured, evidence-informed instruction that promotes academic skill development, functional literacy and numeracy, and school readiness across a variety of settings.
