Sanaz Hanafi
Clinical Manager

Sanaz is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Ontario with over 16 years of experience supporting children, youth, and families across clinical, school, and community settings.
She provides evidence-based, compassionate care tailored to both neurotypical and neurodiverse individuals. Her expertise includes Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), executive functioning, social-emotional development, school support, life skills, and parent coaching.
Known for building strong, trusting relationships, Sanaz creates practical interventions that promote independence and long-term success. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, expanding her skills in assessment and holistic mental health care.
Sanaz is dedicated to helping individuals thrive with confidence, independence, and the right support.

Shelbie Chamberlain
Clinical Supervisor

Shelbie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Analyst with a Master’s in Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. With over a decade of experience in social services and seven years specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Shelbie focuses on supporting individuals with high-intensity behaviors, such as aggression, self-injury, and property destruction, particularly those with mental health concerns or other diagnoses.

Shelbie is dedicated to developing individualized behavior support plans that enhance safety, skill development, and long-term quality of life. Committed to ethical, data-driven care, Shelbie collaborates with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to provide consistent, person-centered support, while continually advancing her expertise in ABA.

Elyse Dushime
ABA Therapist

With over 11 years of experience working with children and adults, Elyse brings a diverse background and compassionate, child-centered approach to ABA. Her experience includes working as an Educational Assistant, respite centre coordinator, and foster parent to a teen with multiple diagnoses, giving her valuable insight into both professional and family support. Since beginning ABA therapy in 2025 after moving to Ottawa, she has supported children aged 3 to 16 in home, school, and social settings, focusing on academic, social, daily living, and emotional regulation skills. She holds a CEGEP degree in Special Education from Champlain College, a Certificate in Addiction Studies, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychoeducation from the University of Sherbrooke.

Ayda Asghari
ABA Therapist

Ayda is a Behaviour therapist who works with children and youth with diverse learning and developmental needs. She has a Master’s degree in Psychology and enjoys helping children learn and grow in their daily lives.

She uses Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and independence. Ayda focuses on creating a comfortable and supportive environment where children feel safe, confident, and ready to learn.

She works with families and team members to support each child’s progress.

Outside of work, Ayda enjoys spending time with her dog, trying new foods, and listening to music.

Elyssa Foster
ABA Therapist

Elyssa is a student at Carleton University, pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science with a concentration in Biological Foundations, alongside a minor in Neuroscience and Mental Health. Through her studies, Elyssa has developed a deep appreciation for the complexity of the human brain and body, recognizing that each individual is unique and special in their own way.
With years of experience working with children, Elyssa finds great joy in helping them learn and grow. Passionate and committed, she is dedicated to supporting individuals in building confidence, independence, and valuable life skills.
