Services, resources and ways to connect
HolistiCare brings together behavioural, clinical, educational, caregiving and capacity-building supports for children, youth, adults, families and organizations across Ontario. Services may be provided independently or coordinated when appropriate, with each service delivered within the responsible provider’s qualifications, professional scope and confirmed service arrangement.
Service options, delivery locations and availability are confirmed individually. HolistiCare may develop or expand capacity when appropriately qualified professionals, sufficient demand, suitable scheduling and service requirements are confirmed. HolistiCare’s clinical supervisor is listed on the Ontario Autism Program Provider List .
Explore behavioural, clinical, educational, family and skill-development services. Services may be delivered independently or coordinated with other professionals when appropriate, with options confirmed through the inquiry and intake process.
Individualized behavioural and regulated clinical services based on identified needs, professional scope, service suitability and available qualified professionals.
Individual and group ABA services developed around meaningful goals for children, youth and families. Services may include assessment, individualized programming, caregiver collaboration, progress monitoring and supervised implementation under an Ontario Registered Behaviour Analyst.
Occupational therapy inquiries may address participation, routines, self-care, sensory needs, motor skills and functional independence. Assessment and treatment must be provided by an occupational therapist registered in Ontario.
Speech-language pathology inquiries may include communication, language, speech, social communication and related functional goals. Assessment and treatment must be provided by a speech-language pathologist registered in Ontario.
Practical learning, participation and family-support options that are separate from regulated clinical treatment unless a service is expressly delivered as part of an authorized clinical plan.
Individualized educational and practical behaviour support for participation, routines, learning engagement and skill development. The scope and provider qualifications are confirmed for each assignment.
Practical support, caregiver guidance and capacity-building options based on family priorities. Clinical caregiver coaching is identified separately when it forms part of an authorized clinical service plan.
Individual or small-group support for literacy, writing, curriculum reinforcement, homework organization, study strategies and general academic development. Mathematics tutoring is also available through its specialized pathway.
Practical coaching for organization, planning, task initiation, time management, study routines and self-management. Coaching is educational and skill based unless delivered under a separately authorized clinical service.
Individual and group options may support communication, participation, daily routines, community involvement, independence and practical life skills. Goals and service format are confirmed individually.
Structured centre-based options may include individual support, small-group participation, educational activities, skill development and community-based experiences. Funding treatment depends on the specific service components.
