Position Summary

Holisticare is seeking a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and/or Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) to provide clinical leadership within our Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) service stream.

In this role, you will oversee the assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation of individualized behaviour intervention programs for children and youth receiving OAP‑funded services. You will also provide structured clinical supervision to Behaviour Technicians and related staff, while collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary team members.

This position is well suited for experienced clinicians seeking flexible practice, meaningful caseloads, and strong organizational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs)
  • Design, implement, monitor, and update individualized Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Analyze data regularly to guide clinical decision‑making and program adjustments
  • Provide structured clinical supervision to Behaviour Technicians and RBTs in accordance with BACB and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLP), Registered Teachers, and families to support integrated programming
  • Complete OAP clinical documentation, progress reports, and funding‑related records accurately and on schedule
  • Provide caregiver and family training to support skill generalization across environments
  • Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and quality assurance activities

Qualifications & Experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience supporting children or youth with ASD or developmental disabilities
  • Demonstrated experience developing and supervising ABA programs
  • Strong clinical writing, data analysis, and communication skills
  • Valid vulnerable sector criminal record check (or willingness to obtain)

Assets:

  • Registration or eligibility for registration as a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) with the appropriate regulatory body
  • Experience working within OAP or other publicly funded service models
  • Experience supervising Behaviour Technicians or RBTs
  • Bilingualism (English/French)
