Behaviour Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work with individuals, to address behavioral and emotional challenges. Your role will involve providing therapy, implementing treatment plans, and collecting data to monitor progress.

Duties
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques
  • Implement behavior management strategies and interventions to address challenging behaviors
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress reports
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in behavioral therapy
Qualifications
  • Certification in Behaviour science, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
  • Experience working with individual with autism at home, or clinical setting
  • Strong understanding of special education services for children with behavioral challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
